The Moorish gardens in Andalusia are often described as a reflection of the idea of the Garden of Paradise, and you understand this when you visit the Alhambra in Granada and are greeted by an almost paradisiacal atmosphere, where the refined Islamic art and the sound of running water play together. Visiting the Alhambra is an absolutely overwhelming experience! Our guide during the visit to the Alhambra is called Robert - he is English but has lived in Denmark and has excellent Danish.
The journey begins in Granada, where we have three nights at the Hotel Sercotel de los Gamboa 4* - a beautiful 4-star hotel. Then we go to Cordoba, where we have two nights at the fantastic Hotel H10 Palacio Colomera 4*. Among other things, we will experience the city's beautiful patios, which are small spaces between the houses with tiles and potted plants, Cordoba's Mezquita and the Palacio de Viana.
The garden and cultural trip to Eastern Andalusia offers charming towns, impressive gardens, the Alhambra Palace and the Mezquita Cathedral in Córdoba - and we stay at two good hotels in Granada and Córdoba. Along the way there will be many gastronomic experiences.
